Brad Gould, Esq.
Bradley W.R. Gould, Esq. was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2007 and the California State Bar in 2019. Mr. Gould has served as lead chair or sole attorney and second chair on numerous successful trials to jury verdict in both Illinois and California courts. Mr. Gould’s practice has been wide ranging, from bankruptcy to medical malpractice, and everything in between. Through his career, Mr. Gould has represented individuals, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, religious institutions, schools, and property owners in a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters. In the course of his representation, Mr. Gould works relentlessly to make his clients whole following catastrophic physical and/or financial injury.
Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Gould has coached mock trial teams, lectured on risk management, and consulted with commercial banks, construction firms, insurance companies and business owners regarding their varying litigation needs. Mr. Gould is also very experienced with arbitration and the mediation process and, through the use of both, has successfully resolved many disputes where core issues have been strongly contested.
Mr. Gould graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Gould lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
